Welcome and Thankyou for visiting our website. Care Bear Learning Center are a  License DSS Childcare Provider. We are here to serve and meet the needs of our children and families in our community.   Care Bear Learning Center  was founded by Ms. Angela Miller. Ms.Angela Mller has a Bachelor Degree in Psycology and an Associate Degree in Child Development. The reason I decided to open a daycare center is because I have compassion and love working with children of all ages and seeing them through their age milestones is a blessing to watch as they advance through  their beginning years of unerstanding education as they progess throughout life.  We would like to thank you once again for visiting Care Bear Learning Center.
